I was not in the mood to read another dark one but this exceeded all my expectations just. Wow. I'm also lucky I found this after it's completed waiting for chapters would have killed me
Tho ngl my heart is breaking for Jeon, she's been through a lot herself. If only she didn't trample on innocent people to get what she wants, she would have gotten better karma. I hope if her kid is still alive in her belly goes on to live a happier life adopted by a decent family since they're blameless in all of this.
I really loved how everything was going until ml teleported back to the modern world. Their relationship was progressing a lot more naturally and they had a lot more chemistry but now she's getting attached to him because of cliches, fate crap and "he's hot". Not to mention she's progressively becoming a snake to her jiujutsu friend as this goes on and it's not sitting right with me. Also the author suddenly forgot about the purple haired girl that was supposed to be their friend? About how fl should focus on her physical education scholarship? And ml was building good relationships with everyone around him but he doesn't seem to give a crap about any of them anymore except fl anymore.. I get it's because of his deadline but it feels like everything he did while cursed was for nothing.
I'm also not liking Yun's approach at all, he felt a lot more reasonable as a second ml and honestly thought he may have a chance since her relationship with Seoyoung was doomed from the start and ml was bound to go back, but now he's just bordering on crossing the line and she doesn't tell him to back off. He for some reason can't detect the red head girl transmigrated too? He can't sense that she's dangerous at all? Are his abilities it selective just to get in ml's way when it wasn't the case before?
Lastly, WHY IS HOMEGIRL FOLLOWING ML ACROSS WORLDS AND DIMENSIONS WHEN HE ALREADY LEFT EVERYTHING BEHIND ARE YOU STUPID??? RAID HIS MANSION IF YOU WANT HE DOESN'T GIVE A FUCK ANYMORE MY DUDE JUST WANTS SPICE IN HIS FOOD
In conclusion, I don't really like where this is going it's basically then imo. It was good while it lasted but I'm better off dropping it. I'd like to see fl and Seoyoung finally have a conversation but this feels like a waste of time now.
The slowburn is killing me but I can't bring myself to read the novel when the art is this good
The ending feels a bit rushed but I really liked this story regardless. It was pretty fantastic and the setting is very interesting. Though am I the only one who doesn't feel the romantic chemistry between the ml and fl? I'm not a big fan of the dynamic but it's awesome the it doesn't really get in the way of the overall plot (maybe thats how bland their dynamic felt that I wasn't bothered by the "romance" lol)
Gonna skip the side stories though if they're just gonna focus on the bland romance between the two but overall 8.5/10
I wish the ninjas can stop cutting onions right in front of me how am I supposed to read this ugh
All I can say is Rosa........I Get It.
Please continue to do your thing thank you.
I'm not a Vaye defender I just like what's wrong with him
Plot wise I feel like it was so interesting, I was actually looking forward to see how this curse is ever gonna get lifted especially with how the brother got involved I had hopes that surely he'll get some sort of redemption, admit to his flaws and apologize to fl, just for it all to go down the drain. A lot of the main plot points felt like they got cut short and the sex scenes just became more and more irritating as this went on.
I stopped at ch72 or smth because I cannot stand that after all this ml's memories are just wiped and this asshole never once apologizes to fl or any of the servants he tormented for years. Why did ml want to live forever? Why did his godfather master teach him magic and why did he curse him?? I still don't even understand what this curse even is did it just make him uncontrollably horny??? Is that it??? Why were other people dragged into this mess?? We knew from flashbacks that the dude has always been arrogant but be learns absolutely nothing??? How was the curse suddenly lifted?? Why does he get a happy ending in the end?? I don't mind toxic mls but this one was especially insufferable and the art is wasted on this douchebag
Of course the fault isn't completely on the ml because the fl is equally stupid and I cannot sympathize with her I'm sorry. I cannot stand her throughout all of this.
I'm not finishing this I simply refuse after the headache it made me go through and I feel it's just gonna give me more sex scenes I didn't ask for.
All this show just to get dick oh Tei you're so down bad
And it was all worth it in the end seeing Tei in that whorish state is delectable thank you bwat thank you thank you
The fact that I'm already caught up to this gem of a webtoon is so fucked up I WANT MOOREE
This series has set its tone very clearly from the beginning. Ya'll telling me you kept reading despite the plot being girl sleeping with her mom's boytoy who's close to her age? Mom getting with said boytoy through shady means? Mc getting a kick out of slapping said boytoy? Mc seeing him and her mom fuck? Ya'll were okay with all that but somehow delving deeper into it the plot makes it ass?
You're the one who got this far and very much could drop it whenever, talking shit about ppl who actually find this interesting does not give you the moral high ground buddy
I'm into this but I'm very impatient with it and I can't with him gaslighting her :')
I have so much to say about the ml and how stupidly easy the fl falls for him but I don't want to waste any more of my energy. Dropping.
This started off so strongly now it's just getting boring, the longer they drag on the "truth" the more it pisses me off and I don't know what the fuck is going on anymore. What a shame.
I don't know what the princess experienced before her regression but doesn't feel like she's learning anything by doing all this to the mc, or blindly trusting her father who she supposedly didn't want to consider family in post-regression. Her original goal changed from "saving up money to run away" to "I want everyone's attention on me" too so I'm interested to know what's up with the inconsistencies between her regression and novel (manga? I forgot)
But this is a very interesting take on the troupe, transmigrating into an outsider's perspective aka someone who is experiencing the "cold emperor dad"'s cruelty firsthand
