I'm half-way through and loving it so far
The only thing that baffles me is all the grovelling references to the US medical system
I'm sure that if you got the money they have amazing doctors and facilities
but otherwise i ve heard they re left for dead or live in debt, no?
There are chapters missing or being old duplicates after chapter 178
There s a bunch missing there at the end before the last one as well

It's better to start from the beginning though cause there are some important parts in the manga which can't be seen in the anime...
