i feel like the manhwa skips a lot of important details and conversations that were in the novel and their relationship or rather taeguns actions are more understandable in the novel and especially jaehas and his internal monologues the manhwa feels kinda thrown together and rushed compared to the novel

this story is so dear to me bc queer people often “fall behind” when it comes to love (especially in conservative countries) and i personally know many queer people who haven’t even held hands much less done anything more well into their late twenties. the fact the mc is in his forties and he hasnt had his first kiss or ever dated and hes not being shamed or made fun for it is just so beautiful. and the fact hes found his person and theyre all cute and lovey-dovey is so hopeful and encouraging. i could lit kiss the author on the lips this was such a precious read and i def recommend it to everyone you wont regret it one bit
