aH i've been playing flute for around 5 years now so hopefully this could help! for high notes you should make sure to relax!!!! if you tighten your lips too much you basically buzz like a brass does to play. if it helps drop your jaw just a little, relax, and blow fast cold air! to practice this you can go from different octaves on one note!
