Okay I’m a little confused so:
Jake and Sean had a baby together back in high school and it ended up dying. And then Kyle and Sean broke up or something and Kyle got married to Jakes sister. And then Kyles wife hired Sean to be a surrogate for her and then Sean ended up having two babies when he planned for one? And he gives Elliot away to Kyle and his wife and keeps Emily since she was unplanned and is sick. And now Kyle is leaving Elliot and his Wife cuz he’s still obsessed with Sean and doesn’t know Elliot is Sean’s son? Am I correct?
And if Sean was a surrogate do we know whose hand he held in order to have Elliot or Emily? Or was that not mentioned?
