I was really interested to see the ML's parent's story, I like atypical omega stories, but now that I found out that the husband cheated....kinda disappointed.
I can't remember the title but from what I remember on the story it's a regression/reincarnation theme manwha, with historical western aesthetics. The FeMC reincarnated and wanted to protect her brother, can't remember if the book she reincarnated to was bl. The MC has white hair. Also she calls her fiance "a human excel", she proposed to her fiance just cuz of this. From what I can remember her fince always carry a cane. And.... unfortunately that's the only thing I remember. I only read a couple of chapters on this manhwa.
I think this might've been cancelled from what I dug up there should be an epilogue and side stories for these
Why is the story different? Is this the same as the novel or is this a different one but with just similar titles?

Tbh I'm kinda disappointed in Yigon for not seeing how his brother truly is, but I'm not disappointed in how he is written.
It is really hard to trust Taekang again after breaking his trust and getting hurt.
As for his brother the reason why he Yigon is giving him "the benefit of the doubt" even though he already tried to kill him many times, is because he is the only person that was there for him when he was younger. He thinks of him as kinda like a lifeline in this world. That's why he tries to please him and to get his approval cuz he is afraid that he would lose the only person that treat him as a "family", the only person that "care" for him, if he did not get his approval.
Many people might think this is dumb but there are a lot of people that actually goes through with this. They stay with the family ot lover that they have, even though they are toxic, because they do not have the confidence that someone would love them, if they leave.
This could also add to Yigon's insecurity. After creating a bond with Taekang, he thought that he could be his new lifeline, someone that he could put his trust on beside his brother, someone that could possibly love him & be his new family. But Taekang shattered his delusion by telling him that those kind gesture are nothing to him and that he shouldn't have read into it too much, and breaking his promise to protect him (contract) as well. Thus shattering what little hope Yigon has.
This ultimately led to him leaning more towards his brother,even though he is a complete ahole, because as I said he doesn't have enough confidence that someone would truly "care" for him other than his brother. So he still tries to please him, get his attention, his approval, even though Taekang is trying to reach out.
What happen to kaizenscan? Why are their latest scans bad even in other manhua?
I'm more curious about the 2nd couple. Hope the author give them more screentime or at least side stories
I skimmed the whole thing in one day.....Okay. Time to read the whole thing.
