Alright, but that doesn't apply to everyone though. I don't have my father anymore in my life and I don't have a daddy kink. My mom filled up both roles perfectly, so I don't feel any kind of loss for affection. But maybe there's people like that?? Idk, if someone reminded me of my dad I would've tried to avoid that person instead of feeling attracted to them.
