The king died first. The crown princess poisoned his food and killed him instead of killing the crown prince as the original story went.
Later on Eus found out that the crown prince (who was the king at this point) wanted to kidnap or kill Lan so he caught and killed the assassins. And when Lan asked Eus what he was going to do with the king he said he “returned” them to him implying that he sent assassins to kill him. It was glossed over but it was implied that Eus killed the king. Though they never went in depth of how or when he was killed. In the next chapters when they return to Latia they talk about how it would be unstable bc two kings died so close to each other. :)
I thought it was cute, but it's getting on my nerves as the story progresses.
If he is confident that he knows her, why couldn't he just be direct with her? He would do everything but talk to her properly. Such a waste, I thought it will be a cute story
Can someone help refresh my memory?
When and how was the prince killed/died?
Also, did the king died first?
I would reread this when I have time and if there are more chapters
Same. It was brushed over I suppose?
Spoiler!!
