it did idk why they removed it. maybe they changed it to be more accurate bc even tho there is bl elements, this isnt a story about their romance and focus more on the allegories. witch hat atelier is like that too. everyone is gay but its not labled gl or bl

it did. idk when they changed it but around vol 4-5 release people were complaining that mokumokuren removed a ‘bl’ tag so they had to come out and say such a tag never existed even when it first began as a oneshot i think admin might’ve removed it so confusion doesnt happen
The author stated it wasn't a BL from the very beginning and refused to call it one. It was fans of the manga that insisted it was BL and that the main characters were in a romantic relationship. Even though the author REPEATEDLY made it very clear in the manga that this would never be possible. Like, the entire comment section on here would be gushing over the romance and it just wasn't there. They made it up in their heads.
yes exactly majority were reading on pirating servers such as this one and others that included the bl tag although mokumokuren said they dont mind if people interpret it as such they disliked how people assumed that ‘he took it off’ and whatnot. its similar how bl manhwa authors express their voices when someone calls their series a ‘yaoi’
