I think it's a bit weird how (i'm assuming) the potential ML of the story is viewing and interacting with the main character. I'm currently on chapter 41 and I just can't get past these little sprinkles of moments that they've been having and him being all up in her personal space. She's literally a 12 year old. And the way the other male characters sometimes blush/comment on her looks when they're all 16+ is really off-putting.
I haven't gotten super far into the story and i'm again -ASSUMING- nothing happens between the MC and the ML (?) til later but I just think that's weird asf....
Otherwise the story is super duper intriguing - a bit cliche at times but overall is pretty good in terms of the revenge plot. I just don't understand the need for her to have these interactions considering the age gap she has with ALL the current male characters involved in the story.
"Oh I see, you're dating a guy???" Am i the only one noticing the inconsistent writing with volume 2??? The boss looked a little put off when kazuki said he had a boyfriend AS IF HE DIDNT LITERALLY ENCOURAGE THEM TO GET TOGETHER. I'm confused can someone please tell me I'm not crazy. I just got through rereading it from the beginning too

The story is great, but i'm noticing a recurring pattern of the female lead constantly being compared to a child- whether it be her size or mannerisms. The author infantilizes her quite a bit and it is really starting to get to me. They already have a bit of an age gap but when the ML also joins in on comparing her to a child it just gives me the ick TT . Btw just felt like expressing my opinion, we don't have to agree ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
What's their age gap? 8 yrs?
More i think. Hailey is 19 and roderick is 28 or 29.
Oh but our fl is 25
true, i also just don't know if im a fan of tropes where mentally a character is older than their physical appearance - especially if the other lead(s)/characters are unaware,,, maybe this one is just not for me lol
