I recommend to watch the anime first and after that read the manga. The manga has some more details I think you'll understand better if you watch the anime first. Furthermore, the manga is based on the anime, so the anime is the ''original''.

I search fort a yaoi manga...the story begins with the seme that find the uke in the hospital. The uke is in hospital for see his mother...they spoken about the sky...so the grandmother of the seme died and after that they had sex on the house of the uke...i remember that the seme had a best friend also gay that is going out with a student...and the main story is the uke that tell to the student...so i don't know if you understand the plot.
