so, a pet peeve of mine is when an author gives a backstory or their own story to a villain character when the villain doesnt deserve it. POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD IF YOU DIDNT READ THE PREQUEL................................. so! i maybe could have forgiven if he was just violent due to his past and yada yada. it would have been okay if he DID end up only getting violent with 'bad guys' like the uke claims. but thats OBVIOUSLY not true, like wth lmaoo he punched YOU dude hahaha. but more importantly, just b/c he LIKED the male lead in the prequel he legit blackmailed, raped, and abused him. what kind of love is that? i also didnt see any evidence of him getting off on hurting others, he just did it cuz he felt like it (unlike what the summary claims). i will never forgive or forget what he did to the prequels lead. that deserves NO redemption. cuz that lead was not a bad person. all he tried to do was make money for his grandpa/dad(?) cuz he couldnt pay his debts, even if it was selling pictures of himself or pornography. that does not make u a bad person. he took advantage of him in a vulnerable position. thats messed up. and im mad its pretty much kept a secret. idc how messed up your childhood was, theres no excuse for that kind of abuse. and now he gets this happily ever after, looking like a good guy to his family and partner when he's straight TRASH and never even ATTEMPTED to apologize to the dude he supposedly liked. i can deal with toxic, when both characters are a little messed up but he was toxic all on his own. one of the worst possible characters to give redemption to, i swear.

I mean some people read this as separately with the prequel. For example the prequel story isnt my really my type of plot but i enjoy this story so i decided to just ignore the prequel entirely

everyone saying its cute but.... i just wasnt feeling it at all. she immediately thought of him as a 'man'. he was a literal boy, a middle school boy. like wtf? she really sat down with underage boys for some weird self-gratification (im guessing the others were high schoolers as they were in uniform). and then this supposedly mature (not physically) boy come along and makes her act like a little girl. who knows what age she started having sex with him (at the latest high school). like, eww. i didnt even feel any connection from them. no commonalities or things to talk about. only that they both worry about the age, and really, it obviously dont bother them that much. they cared more for their partners friends' ages than the partners. she really looked at a young boy, who didnt even LOOK mature when she met him, and was like.... yay we dating! you a whole pedophile madam. she didnt even hesitate or consider how wrong it was (only what other people thought or how she look next to him, nothing about him being an actual child). it was too natural for her. ew ew ew its already normalized in manga for an older man to be with a younger girl (freaking hate it), this dont need to happen too.

so, are these extras supposed to be how the Chief dude became interested in K?? Cuz i thought they seemed random at first but now they are more clear and seem to be b4 they got together

Yep, at the first extra there was written ''the following stories happened before the first episode''.

WOW! i cant believe the female MC actually ended up with the guy everyone rooted for and deserved! Im so happy!

hannah11223 June 18, 2018 2:36 am

This manga was good. I liked it, but why OH WHY did the author have to write that first chapter like that? Why did that have to be their first meeting experience?! With all the good that happened afterwards it almost made me forget that the male lead raped an underaged girl when they first met. Im seriously disappointed with that scene. It doesnt fit with the rest of this manga at all.

finally a heroine that i can relate too. she's strong and doesnt cry often. i think she's much more relatable to most readers. and she isnt easily embarrassed as well. i've always found heroines like that very odd.

Finally the female lead ends up with the 2nd male lead that everyone wished she'd end up with! in most mangas they prob would have had her end up with darin in the end. im sooooo happy. i love wally soo much. im happy he gets a happy ending. i also like all the character growth and different types of pep talks. im happy the translators were able to convey everything accurately

RIGHT!? When I first picked this up I was so worried that Wally would just be shoved away and Berry would be like 'oh Darin i realise now that I actually love you and I totally forgive all the f***** up stuff you did!~<3'
Wally is a precious cinnamon bun that must be protected (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Its very refreshing reading about an uke who isnt overly shy or nervous about sex. He wants it and is very straightforward about it and very accepting. It really annoying when they keep saying "no, dont" every five seconds when they really actually want it. like, im sure the seme's feel like rapists at that point. Be straightforward with what you want. I can understand being embarrassed but dont be a liar smh.

It's because of the asian culture of humility during sex. It's a cultural turn off for man or woman to beg as it seems only lustful, and not communicable

    hannah11223 May 1, 2017 6:11 am

very odd. This doesnt seem to apply to the seme though?? unfair lol

    Gorgo May 2, 2017 2:56 am

To be fair, it's a complete turn on to have a partner that knows what they're doing during sex.
