Im looking for a shouju manga. Its about 2 childhood friends who grew up together (Its set in a kingdom) and at first they don't agree with eachother but when they grow up, they fall in love.
I think the guy's name was Ein (or something like that)
Later FML got sick and had to go to diff. country to get treated. Its got a happy ending.
