Criticizing her choices as "stupid" ignores the complexities of the emotional and financial control she faced.

Furthermore, ML habit of secretly visiting her during her coma introduces a complicated and potentially problematic dynamic. Despite her academic achievements, she remained vulnerable to these circumstances. Her desire for a stable, traditional family life unfortunately led her into a tragic situation. The ideal resolution would see her securing custody, achieving a fair financial settlement, and establishing her independence through her career.

The story should allow her the space to stabilize her life before entering a new relationship, avoiding the trope of her being "indebted" to the ML. Developing a network of allies, such as the grandmother-in-law, would be a more empowering path than simply moving from one possible restrictive environment to another. The goal is to see her emerge as a truly independent and successful professional with her twins.
