Okay lesson on sa and rape just so there's no misconception. Consent can be given or withdrawn at any point just because someone agrees in the beginning doesn't mean you get to do whatever to them. He clearly said no at the dp scene and even begged then to stop that's cristal clear rape. If you like the manga you like it I'm not trying to dictate your tastes but knowing what and what isn't okay is helpful for everyone irl so don't spread misinformation.
