There are half of comments who are confuse on whether Seolhyun is a female lycan or not a female lycan. Yes, Seolhyun is a pureblood female lycan. This is very true. For what I understand, I think the Lycan elder somehow manipulate Seolhyun's memory and his mind by putting a hypnosis on him. Then, the lycan elder told Ino to lie to Seolhyun by telling him that he is a purebred male lycan. So, in the past, Ino told Seolhyun, "You are a pureblood male lycan," which is 100% a lie. On the other hand, the vampire elder erased Hwa's childhood memories because of the tragedy of what happened to him when he was little. Pretty much, everything in season 2 is confusing and hopefully it will get clear later in the chapter.

Well, at first, I think Seolhyun told Hwa (if you meant lee hwa) that he is a male lycan which Hwa believes him. However, until season 2 chapter 25/26 of the raw version, Seolhyun got pregnant and Hwa starts to get suspicious, as well as, he doesn't understand why Seolhyun told him he's a male lycan. So, Hwa is going to pick up clues/pieces. Furthermore, Seolhyun assumed he is a male lycan, but that dumba*** Lycan elder manipulate and hypnotized his mind at a young age.
About Ino, I think he is a male lycan and not a female lycan. I'm guessing Ino put an enchanting spell of the female lycan's smell on himself or rub the female lycan's cologne all over on himself. Maybe Ino is either an alpha lycan or a beta lycan.
About the one with a short light blonde hair (don't remember his name), I think he is a male lycan too unless he is a female lycan and I don't care about that dude.

By the way, Seolhyun is indeed born as a true pureblood female lycan. It doesn't have to do with the brother putting his scent on Seolhyun. Everything you read on season 2 about Ino or some other brother rubbing their scent on Seo is misleading and misunderstood. Although, maybe Ino is perhaps a beta female lycan and if he is, then, yibin's father must of wear protective sex (condom) the whole time whenever he and Ino does sex. Then again, he must be a beta male lycan.
