Backstory
Jiwook and juyeon met each other when they were in school and hung out often (jiwook was a bad kid and juyeon was pretty innocent) Jiwook was a really bad influence on juyeon often inviting him with his friends to drink or smoke sometimes. They both had a crush on the other but jiwook had internalized homophobia so while juyeon was drunk he confessed which got jiwook mad and he told their friends about it. They all gang raped juyeon multiple times and sexually tortured him (for example, leaving juyeon with toys up his ass in public bathroom, sent pictures of it to his mom) Also juyeon was not the only person they gang raped, they used to do it to a lot of girls. It went on for quite some time until jiwook got into an accident that made him forget everything. That’s when juyeon met someone jiwook didn’t get along with named lee woojin in the hospital jiwook was staying at and woojin offered to help juyeon get revenge on jiwook. Lee woojin and jiwook often got into fights at school, at first juyeon was hesitant on getting revenge yet woojin insisted on it since he had connections to gang related activity (meaning they could show juyeon how to fight)

Spoilers from where the manhwa leaves off:
Juyeon keeps jiwook locked in the room for days, only coming in at night to fuck jiwook. Jiwook eventually kind of looks forward to it because it’s his only time he gets to interact with juyeon besides being alone all day in that room tired from the sex they had the previous nights. He doesn’t even get allowed to the bathroom, juyeon puts down dog pads in the corner of the room where jiwook can pee or poop. One day, while jiwook and juyeon are having sex jiwook begs juyeon to let him at least roam in the living room as long as he has a leash on (he willingly came up with this) juyeon allows it because he found it cute. Next day he gets put on a leash connected to the room he’s in and now has access to some of the house. (Jiwook is naked the whole time every day but juyeon puts clothes on him after because it turns him on to see jiwook naked also he looks in the mirror seeing lost some muscle/looks malnourished with bruises) They eat food together and jiwook gets curious about his phone so he asks juyeon about it. He was scared to ask at first but juyeon decides it’s ok to let him use it a little as long as he watches jiwook use it the whole time. While he uses his phone, he sees there’s a bunch of messages from suhyeok and he responds but the moment jiwook responds he gets a call from suhyeok. Juyeon allows the call and suhyeok is basically all worried about jiwook but he convinces him that he’s fine then suhyeok invites him to go drink/have a gathering with their university peers just how they used to. Juyeon sees how jiwook is happy while calling suhyeok and gets jealous, still he asks jiwook if he’d like to go out. Jiwook says yes he wants to go out and he again allows it. Fast forward to the day of the gathering, they get ready to go together juyeon asks jiwook for confirmation that he won’t try to run away. Jiwook says “if I run away you’ll just find me” or something along those lines. Juyeon is happy and responds “if you do anything there’s a perfect alley to fuck you in right there” again, something like that idk I forgot. They go inside, suhyeok is there and drags jiwook with him slickly to a corner where they’re together, he basically asks jiwook if he’s ok. All is fine until jiwook sees the hoobae that raped him, I think there was a fight about to break out between until juyeon joins then suhyeok begs jiwook to go to the bathroom with him. Juyeon gets annoyed that jiwook was going to leave him to go with suhyeok to the bathroom while the hoobae was all up in his face, but he lets him go. Suhyeok in the bathroom is all worried crying and that’s when jiwook realizes that juyeon sent the pictures of the gang rape to him. Jiwook gets mad because he doesn’t want to be looked down upon and beats suhyeok up. As this is happening, woojin comes into the bathroom and they both see each other’s familiar faces. Woojin asks him “juyeon hasn’t told you anything yet?” (Because he knows about the revenge) jiwook is all confused and angry if I remember correctly he hits him too. Juyeon gets mad that he left him. (I’m probably not remembering everything fully) He drags jiwook outside to the alley, forcing him to suck his dick. Jiwook is back to not being allowed outside the room. Also I’m not sure when this happens but he leaves jiwook with a vibrator in his butthole the whole night. Once again, juyeon only comes in at nights to fuck jiwook that’s when one night, juyeon accidentally leaves jiwook’s phone on the nightstand and jiwook uses it to call suhyeok (he deletes the call log after) they planned to meet while juyeon was gone. The day comes and he leaves (while on the leash again? I’m not sure when or how this happens sorry) suhyeok tells him to get in a truck/van. They meet up but to jiwook’s surprise the hoobae that raped him was there. Suhyeok tells jiwook that the hoobae was the only person he knew could help them with the van thing. They drive to some place nearby and get off, the hoobae acting all cocky because he was planning on raping jiwook again. Jiwook is like wtf suhyeok?? Suhyeok basically says “if you’ve done it once before can’t you handle once more for the sake of escaping?” This was the hoobae’s price to pay for helping them. Jiwook didn’t want to, all of a sudden juyeon and woojin come in. (The hoobae doesn’t get to rape jiwook) Juyeon beats the hoobae up. He forces suhyeok to rape jiwook instead. I think they both get beat up by juyeon also jiwook is confused why woojin is there. They both get brought somewhere and are tied up. Suhyeok tries to defend jiwook saying he’s innocent since he doesn’t know anything about the past. Jiwook once again gets gang raped by woojin and other people he hired. They leave him in a horrible state. Juyeon takes jiwook to the hospital (the nurse gives a look at Juyeon because they can tell what happened) a few days later jiwook wakes up and gets visited by juyeon, he tells him that he remembers everything that happened in their middle school days and he deserves the gang rape/revenge. Juyeon didn’t know how to react they basically both cry together. Jiwook tells juyeon to not leave him because to each other, they’re really the only ones that know what happened and they’re emotionally dependent on each other. It ends there I think, there’s side stories too if you’d like me to sum up (hopefully I remember)

Random side notes:
When juyeon wears black clothes it’s because he’s visiting his mom at a hospital because she’s all traumatized from the incident when they were little (the photos) which gave him more reason to get revenge on jiwook. Side stories is where the beastiality happens, juyeon gets a dog so that jiwook isn’t lonely but the dog won’t leave them alone when they have sex so they don’t get to do it that often which leaves jiwook horny. While juyeon was gone jiwook puts honey on his dick and makes the dog lick it. Juyeon comes back to see this on cameras that he put up in the house, he gets jealous of the dog and makes the dog fuck jiwook. Jiwook tries to refuse at first but the dog growls or something and doesn’t want to let go. Juyeon watches it and instructs him which makes jiwook embarrassed and still does what he says. Although I doubt this’ll get adapted in the manhwa. Jiwook tries to kill himself at some point because he’s traumatized from the gang rape and he himself doesn’t realize what he was doing until juyeon found him and made him go to therapy/take medication. Jiwook becomes a masochist, he likes it when juyeon beats him or degrades him while they’re having sex. There’s a scene where they’re having sex in juyeon’s car and he presses jiwook’s head against the window so that people nearby can see them. Idk what else I read it a while ago.

Also jiwook would occasionally hurt himself or do something wrong so that juyeon gives him attention because he likes the feeling of him being someone to worry about. He becomes fully unemployed, doesn’t go to school either.
