This universe is called guideverse basically espers are super humans who possess diffrent powers but whenever they use alot of it their bodies become unstable so they have to be guided by people known as guides to bring stability to their body. The guides can guide them through different methods like with machines and holding hands but obviously the most effective is umm doing it . Also espers and guides can bond with each other just like in omegaverse becoming exclusive for one another. They also have different ranks A to F and the highest Rank is S rank... hope that helps
