What? So it just ends like that? With the FL still getting scammed by her mom? Even the ML’s story felt slightly rushed. He fought back and ran away… this kind of leaves a bitter taste on my tongue (although I’m not sure what more they could’ve added) but I guess that’s better than the FL getting nothing at all
