im actually on the uke's side on this one
i mean if your best friend since middle school got into an accident and had no one but you to depend on, you wouldn't prioritise them?? and especially after getting the od news (tho i got pissed off when it turned out to be fake) you're telling me you have the heart to go on vacation with your boyfriend of less than a year and abandon them?
i don't like the best friend at all but im thinking about this objectively and i do think they could've communicated better and worked their way around it
