Can anyone recommend any stories with a similar feel? I love this one so much, it gives me such warm fuzzies!

So I'm considering diving into this because the premise is interesting, a lot of people seem to like it, and it's well rated... buuuuut... I'm having second thoughts because of how many people I see here talking about how it ended up getting boring, dragging on, and had red flag seme. I'm not here at all for reg flag semes, give me the ick.
