This is very vague, but I suddenly remembered this, and I can’t remember more about it. Essentially, one of the characters realizes that the main mc, and their family has all sorts of important people wrapped around their finger, and that they could potentially control the world on their own if they tried. I just remember that one scene, and it’s been killing me to try to remember which anime or manga it’s from. I thought I would ask to see if anything comes to mind for people.

I’m looking for a manga that looks at the mc’s life after defeating the demon lord with the hero party. The twist is that he doesn’t get kicked out of the party, but his comrades actually acknowledge and appreciate him. He is the one that actually defeats the demon lord, but lets the hero, a prince, have the glory to help secure his position for the throne. He just wants to have a quiet life.

I believe it was a Korean bl manhwa where the mc begins dating a guy without knowing that he is a twin. The twins end up switching to each be able to be with the mc. Of course, the mc eventually finds out that his boyfriend ended up being two people, and was upset.

Lately, I’ve been really into Medalist. I’m looking for manga suggestions that play into the genius aspect (MC is a genius at what they do, and are unmatched), and the relationship between Jun and Tsubasa (the foil, and tense relationship between them, and the slight obsession element between them). I’m fine with themes outside of sports, and the recommendations don’t necessarily need to include both elements that I’m looking for (genius mc + rivalry/ relationship), and can include one or the other.

    Maybe you'll like Act Out!

Ibara Nayuki is a figure skater who performs around the globe, but audiences grow fed up with his passionless performances, and his coach doesn't know what to do with him. Just then, who should appear before him but Vasily, a ballet dancer once hailed as a child prodigy? "Not knowing why you're there in the rink is as good as not knowing who you really are!"

It’s basically the troupe where the husband tells the wife that he will never love her before he even gets to know her, and then proceeds to ignore her, doesn’t come home. Meanwhile she’s living her best life, and everyone else loves her. When the husband decides to see her again, he ends up feeling for her. I remember that the wife did embroidery and sold it with an orphanage, and everyone calls her a goddess because she’s kind and beautiful.

It’s very similar to Dareka Kono Joukyou wo Setsumei Shite Kudasai! but this is not the one I’m looking for. I’m basically looking for a manga with a very similar plot.

I’ve been recently rewatching Fairy Tail, and through that, rewatched Eden’s Zero as well. I really got into antagonistic love relationships where the two people are enemies yet still hold feelings for each other. Some examples are like Zeref and Mavis, and Justice and Elsie. I’m especially interested in Justice, and Elsie’s relationship with Justice’s obsession with Elsie, and the hunting elements of their relationship.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend anime, and/or manga with similar couple dynamics.

Baraou no souretsu comes to mind. But its not cutesy at all and no happy ending. Very twisted but beautiful.

This witch of mine. Another one that ends in tragedy...

Purple hyacinth is pretty good. Its still ongoing tho. Very nice.

I’m really wanting to read some villainess manhwa or manga where the main character no longer cares about the guy that hurt her so much, and decides to live her own life. I don’t know why there are so many where the main character is still all blushy with the man that literally drove her to her death. I’m ok with recommendations where the male lead is the same guy because more often than not, they will be the male lead, but I want him to really suffer, and realize how shitty he treated her. I want to see a lot of chasing. My main focus is a female lead that doesn’t take shit from other people, and has some common sense in calling out the bullshit.

The female lead has black hair, and blue eyes, and the male lead has blonde hair, and green eyes. Essentially, the male lead conquered the female lead’s home, and then fell for her at first sight, and married her. She hated him until she switched with another person’s soul who gives the guy a chance. There’s a younger brother of the emperor who is always tries to hit on the female lead, and is generally a dislikable person as well.

Hello! Looking for a manhwa that I forgot the title for. The female lead had red hair, and the male lead has long silver hair. I believe the female lead is reincarnated into a novel/game situation. The female lead, and male lead are dating since the beginning of the story, but the male lead ends up breaking up with her at the beginning because he’s not good enough for her? The male lead was a major simp for her if I remember right. They get back together. The female lead seems quite apathetic to her situation. This is most of what I can remember.
