I don't know what everyone is complaining about I loved the main couple and loved the side couple just as much. They had a rocky beginning with the doctor not taking it seriously at first but they worked through it and the other guy(the brother I can't remember his name) came out of his shell when he dated the doctor. Of course I didn't like the obsessive brother who almost r@ped his brother but it didn't happen and they aren't together. 10/10 loved this
