I can't remember the name of the manga, but I remember that:
-the seme moves in to a new place
(I think his mother or grandmother's home previously and then she died so he moved in.)
(Its an apartment and not a house)
-The uke wears girls school uniform to school
(Happens because he came out to his mother that he is gay. And his mother thinks that being gay means he wants to be a girl so she bought the uniform for him to wear to school)
-Both seme & uke is gay
That's all I remember about the manga

OKAY!!!!!! First, I'm not blaming the translator or anything just here to clear some of the things people misunderstood.
I'm thankful that someone did the translating and upload it too so hopefully nobody thinks I'm ungrateful or thinking bad of the translator...etc
OK, here I go, I'll put down what I myself would translate it, to make my point clear
The sentence: "Although I remember some of it I forgot most of what happen that day" is actually off from the real meaning.
I would translate it into :"Even though I knew I forgot"
Next panel
Uke: "What the hell do you mean 'remember but forgot'? What kind of moron are you."
(I'll leave this uke's one to the original translation cause I'm lazy)
Seme (My translations):
"What I meant was, even though I KNEW you could change to a cat I FORGOT that you were that cat."
Seme (My Translations)
"But, I did said those kind of words but is was directed to the cats itself, normally you wouldn't think its directed to yourself, right."
Uke (My translations)
"Who would know what you thought."
"For me...."
So actually, The seme knows that Sai can change to a cat but he forgotten that the cat in the past is Sai.
For this part
Seme (Original translation):
"And what do you mean? Once I became a cat and then you said to me 'I remember but I forgot'? That I am a cat!"
(I actually don't know where did this sentence meaning come from) (And yes this should be the seme's dialog not uke so it actually does not make sense to me. I'm sorry)
PSSSS:
The reason I use the word seme instead of Aki is because the seme's name is not Aki.
I'm not sure about the reading but it should be Zenji or Yoshiharu.
Aki is the sems's dog name in the past, the current dog is Haru. (XiaoQiu=Aki XiaoChun=Haru)

I got more confused with your explanation. Oh well. I won’t complain for what it’s free. And I’ll drop it if it’s too difficult to understand. Either way, I like the story, we did get a warning of a single person doing it. I’m not sure how difficult it is to translate crap, but I am not going to be a disgraceful bastard. If this person quits, I expect one of you “perfect” beings to complete it.

I was just hoping that I could, with my understanding of the story clear out to people that the seme knew that the uke can turn into cat. Since i saw that in the comment sections there questions to 'does the seme knows that the uke can change to cat.'
(Because among the all three brothers stories, I like Sai's story the best.)
And I'm not sure why you stated out the '"perfect' being" thing. Since I doubt there is any perfect being in this world.
