okay I've been trying to find this novel since yesterday morning and ISTG I can't find anythinggggg I read it once and I'm not sure if it has a promotional manhua since I just came across it somewhere. It's a korean on-going novel and I remember that the story goes like this

so the fl was childhood friends with the young duke (or archduke I'm not sure) and they're arranged to marry, as they grow up the ml gets more attached to the fl and then the black-haired saint arrived and the ml gets assigned to her. the fl gets worried (not sure if it's bcs she remembers her past life or smthn) so she visited him at work and saw them kiss she decided to run away (but before she did I think they had sex or maybe it was before she saw the two kiss) but then yea so she was planning on running away but something happened that made her physician do a check up on her and learned that she was preggy so the physician which was also a magician came accompanied her in running away. so as she was going to the train (i think) when they came across the ml who was on duty and he realised what she was about to do so she ran and the ml chased after her the physician closed the train using her powers and the ml pounded on the door trying to get her to open up but she doesn't so the train went away and the ml was left there and the fl stayed on the border of the country then there's a time skip about 7 or 10 years the fl was still on that side of the country and is staying at a restaurant with the owner of the restaurant and his son (who is pretending to be the daughter's father aswell as the physician who now works at the mansion of the area's lord. then the fl's daughter went to it's friend's house and bumped into the ml and the ml tried to ask some info like how old is she whats her name etc bcs I think he knows that it's his daughter then the fl and the ml encountered each other when fl was getting a gift for the daughter but came across the ml so she dropped the music box (her gift) and ran away from him. then on the daughter's birthday the daughter cried to the fl and said beware of horses? (because the daughter has clairvoyance and can dream of the future) then later on the night the ml appeared and turns out the physician said their location bcs he's been looking far and wide since she left him and hasn't even worked just to search for her. he explained that the kiss was forced by the saint and she tried to ran away again but the ml caught her then somethings happened that resulted into her falling down a cliff and almost drowning in the sea but the ml saved her (and handcuffed her to him - i think?) that was the end of the update when I read it
