Sleep paralysis experiences?

I have 2 experiences and most traumatic one is 2nd where i was sleeping and its all red light room the guy dark shadow like apperance hold my both hands in sleep and standing above my head side on my bed and looking down and come close to my face i could o Litrally felt his breath and he held my hand and stretch out them like 'get up' and i couldn...... 2 reply
