Did I read this story because I like pain? Yes. Did I read this story because I wanted to see a seme that actually redeems himself? Also yes. Was I disappointed? Very.
The seme should've gone through a LOT more pain because clearly what he did wasn't enough to even AMOUNT to the uke's pain. The uke deserves so much better than this piece of shit. The story however, was enjoyable, and if you want pain, here ya go! At least he wasn't a piece of shit after the confession.
Re read the ending after finishing the story like 6 months ago cause I was bored and WHEW CHILE I felt a tug in my heart. I still got emotional and the feels...it's just everything. Yeonduck and Skyler's character development and backstory had be sobbing and I'm seriously considering re reading this later. I remember hating Skyler at first but as the story progressed I really began empathizing with him and he ended up being one of my favorites. I do wish we had some extras of them as a couple but I was nevertheless satisfied. Loved the story and both the characters so much. Definitely one of my favorites.
Bro their dynamic AHHH I just-I love it so much. This is how you do enemies to lovers correctly.(although it was mostly one sided enemies, but anyways) Every time I see an enemies to lovers yaoi it feels too rushed and the uke is still a hella annoying tsundere-HOWEVER, I love how Felix slowly starts to realize how much Giovanni does for him and starts opening up and becoming for lovey dovey with him. Idk if I make sense but basically: I love how Felix and Giovanni’s relationship turned out and how Felix is opening up more about his feelings rather than being “the annoying tsundere uke even after the leads get in a relationship” ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
I’m really looking forward to when Director Kang actually starts paying more attention to Yiyoung’s feelings. ╥﹏╥ Director Kang totally lead him on AH my poor bby:((

Man, I love him but it hurts me so much to see him just project his feeling for Yuki onto Uenoyama. And it hurts even more when he's being constantly compared to Yuki. I hate how both Mafuyu and Hiiragi fail to see that they're two different people. Uneoyama deserves better, I really hope Mafuyu comes to his senses and sees how unfairly he's treating Ueno :(((((
