I'm not sure, but Ham was basically saying how much he learned from that town and Yechan, he's 1 week away from going back to Seul, he made a new song and he already "told" Yechan(he didn't but Yechan already knew) so it's maybe a preparation for a season finale? I can see this season ending with Ham's parting and Yechan crying.

I’m laughing over the fact that not too long ago people on the comments here where giving Renga shippers shit for shipping them/hoping this series would turn into a shounen ai. Ya’ll who watched the anime to the end, we already know that there’s no more denying the chemistry there. Their soft crushes are so visibly sweet that it gives me cavities. It literally gives me life lol I genuinely hope they touch more on the boys in this manga and maybe even make some of their feelings more present

If you want a hetero story I definitely recommend Patissier-san To Oujo-san. Its a fluffy story between a muscular baker and his adorable chubby customer. As for another boys love story I recommend Minegishi-san wants Otsu-kun to eat! Judging from what the title says, it barely encourages over eating. It’s about two office workers; the top finds the bottom really adorable when he eats and loves him as he is. The bottom also has a slight tsundereness to him haha. These are the only two stories I can think of where everyones an adult, the chubby characters don't get skinny and “beautiful” at some point and are loved as they are. Totally check them out :)!
