This isn't about hetero relationship so I don't it means "Hentai"-stuff.
hentai literally translates to "pervert" so as per saying "H-stuff" it just basically mean "let's do something naughty/perverted" in much shorter term "Let's fuck"
Then it should've said plainly "Let's fuck"

If you hadn't realized, H in Japanese has the same sound as Ecchi, so it can basically mean " Let's do Ecchi-stuff! " but shortened to H-Stuff.
I don't think Hentai and H-Stuff correlates. It just so happens to start with the same letter.

I don't like it when I don't understand a term in something I read. There should be a little translator's note to address this (ノ｀Д´)ノ彡┻━┻
Gap moe means when a person, for example, seems very mean or rude but, once you get to know them, they are actually a big softie and shy! So basically a person who has two sides of themselves but only show their cute side to loved ones! Hence, the term gap moe! Hope that makes sense.
But the way it was used in some parts.... Your definition does not make sense there.
For example. When the seme's sister was talking, she used it to describe something and it seemed to mean "cool/awesome!" in those parts.
When a character/person does something that was completely opposite of their character or their look. For example, I look like a serious person, always frowning, but in actuality I'm a big ass nerd and otaku, or thaf I like cute things. That's gap moe
