For some reason a lot of artists have health problems
it’s a very taxing job w alot of deadlines so it’s hard for them to be in good health :-(
I think they are going to a vacation, taking a break etc but they are afraid of the backlash from the readers.
They have to draw for hours and hours on end so they’re sitting down for the whole day.. several days a week, every week. It’s not a good lifestyle
You could check Bakuman anime to know more. You will see why most manga/manhwa artists have health issues.
I agree with you, it is not good for your health to sit all day every day. But they all are going to hiatus around the same time (when the weather is good) so I don't think all of them are having health issues right now.

I think everyone should be able to take a break without using health issues as an excuse. Every bl creator having health isssues at the same time seems ridiculous to me.

For the people confused (also I copy and pasted this comment from tenten, thanks for providing info):
1. Cain needs aaron (doctor) to treat his heart-wound (lets call it that). He gave the compass cross necklace to Sid to locate aaron.
2. Sid gave it to some crazy guy who beheaded one of Aaron's clone. So Sid thinks Aaron is dead.
3. Aaron, now aware that he is a target, looked for Cain to offer his services in exchange for protection against Satan. Along with his red headed friend (also running away from satan) they went to Cain's house.
4. Then Sid came to report to Cain that Aaron was dead. But when he gets there, Aaron was very much alive. He still tells Cain that the doctor (referring to aaron) was dead. This way, Sid can call out to Aaron as an impostor or something like that.
5. In the last chapter 32, Aaron was able to piece together why he was attacked and that Sid was the traitor. Aaron's deciding his next step to convince Cain to get his trust
