Before but it isn't cheating as Randolph & him aren't in a relationship nor are they close to each as of yet. And yes I believe Sys is also polymorous as well.
Judging from this chapter it seems Sys will have "fun" with them now that's he's back in present time
Humm, I think Sys is going to be faithfull to his to be "hubby". He was pierced by cupid's arrow as soon as he laid eyes on Randolph.
He definitely be faithful once they get together (or they might have a polygamous relationship idk) until then in the end of ch.73 it kinda hints the 3 of them might do something together
