Came running here after i finished the anime and i really did like Sol (im biased towards blonde + almost tsundere) just to find out everyone here HATES him lol, Honestly it was rlly interesting to see him be so confused against his default lore, so I was hoping I could see him fully win against his og writing, but it seems he’ll continually be an obstacle to our girl? :(
nws tho, i also love YOMI!! and was cheering for him throughout the show, but he wasn’t given many moments in the anime :,( and i thought it would be less climatic since hes already written to be in love with her… nonetheless, I cant wait to read and see more of him (^ o ^ ) /
Thoughts after chapter 42: Isaac had such a beautiful impact on Iana and I can definitely see why hes a fan favorite </3 his death played too much of an important role to Iana’s decision tho …so unfortunately i cannot see him ever being resurrected. Also surprisingly i still like sol a lot, he hasnt done anything that unforgivable imo
alright, i caught up, and I'm still a sol defender, i dont get where all the hate comes from. he clearly is on Iona's side. Ppl just cant handle slowburn and a bit of mystery in a man. Plus, you can't deny how unreliable of a narrator Iona is, Sol is the way he is bc she keeps distancing herself. And he's is definitely of lower status than the other MLs, so he can't act as freely. I still think it's admirable how he's been denying his og writing. I can't rlly judge if ppl just think he's a boring ML though, he's definitely the most vanilla/expected route
