I don't remember when their baby was announced but usually, the belly doesn't start showing until 3-4 months of the pregnancy. It's different for each pregnant woman, some have bigger bellies than others, and there are cases where the mother doesn't look pregnant at all.
It's either she's still early in the pregnancy or the manhwa artist is one of those that doesn't draw pregnant women.
They may show her bump in the side stories if there are sides.
