Harada's stories usually are like this, fucked up (but good) and have this type of vibe to it, this isnt romanticizing pedophilia or making it cute at all. its simply just reality. this type of stuff happens irl
I was molested as a kid and this is pretty damn accurate lol, I personally loved the way aspects of this issue were portrayed throughout the story as well as in the art (composition, writing, color value, etc.). This wasn't romanticizing pedophilia in the damn slightest, if anything, it's a great deter-er in being a realistic tale of a disgustingly sad cycle about the life-long suffering of victims who sometimes become child molesters themselves due to societal ignorance in mediating a very deep-rooted issue. Loved it. Very depressing. 10/10

That's fine, we all have different experiences. I just didn't think the story was meant to be cute, just depressing, specifically in the uncomfortable way it ended.
