Extremely rushed, randomly throws in a bunch of unnecessary mages and magic nonsense and the ml and romance are PAINFULLY boring it felt like self harm reading that shit. the story completely loses sight of what made it interesting in the beginning so many plot points go nowhere, the pacing falls apart and by the end it just feels like its trying to wrap everything up as fast as possible but at least the art was beautiful and the only genuinely interesting part was kayena and regef’s dynamic
