I’m on chapter 35 but I don’t understand why this is so hyped? like the black haired guy dosent even speak half his diologue is just “…?” And there’s no chemistry even when they’ve gotten together??? Does it’s get more interesting later?? Imo this whole thing is a nothingburger
I’m so happy he’s standing up for himself instead of being obedient out of anxiety. At one point you have to do what you want without your parents approval, and put your love for them aside. I think yeorum loves Hyeonseon more than he craves his mothers validation, and that’s why he’s so strong

I was surprised to see how many people disliked this manhwa. Personally I think it’s one of the best chase arcs I’ve ever read, I loved the angst, the plot and character development. There are lots of manhwas that incorporate toxic relationships or sexual assaults in their stories, and I prefer how the author executed it here than how others stories do.
I cried a lot, especially for the MC. His suffering was so heartbreaking. But I love how he actually stood up for himself towards the end after ages of letting people walk over him. In the end, he was able to choose his future on his own terms and be happy with his decisions (though you could say the bonding influenced his choices, I agree that the story would have been better without that aspect )
Anyways I loved this manhwa! But I would never read it again. Too much pain for me T_T

To the people complaining that they haven’t gotten together yet, do yall think trauma can be fixed with an “I love you”? Taegun’s character is written so well, he’s trying to heal from his childhood trauma and SA. He’s also trying to come to terms and communicate how his trauma represents itself in his daily life and relationships. and all yall care abt is the damn kisses.

I kinda get him tbh…sometimes all you want to do is open up to people, but when you actually get the chance you can’t do it. You’re too worried what the other person will think, or how it will change you.
It doesn’t justify hurting su-ae, and healing is definitely something he should have focused on especially in his adult life. He isn’t selfish, or a bad person, he’s just scared. But if he wants to fix things he should stop being stuck in the past.
I think that’s why people dislike the current writing of the story, bcz eunhyuk had 10 years to develop and grow but literally nothing changed. What’s the point? Ig it’s too early to judge
