It was obvious they would start as being friends after. They cared about each other but the years and distance was too much to just start back again. Kiyoto was a void filled at the moment and he knew it. He would think he could pull him and yes he could. But it didn’t sit right with him. And thats ok. People move on. And this mangaka rlly depicts uncertainty really well. With an open ending. It gives readers the continuity they want.
