Its a shoujo manga where a girl and the super cool popular guy go out (typical). There was a part in the story where the guy had guy has black hair and has one of the sides combed back by his brother. The story is mainly on the part where they're already dating. The guy's brother had a chat with the girl about her relationship with the guy. The brother was a hair stylist and did test styles on the main guy and also once straighten out the main girls hair.
