I always find keeping up with someone bothersome. I can't be bothered to text, to call, or to hangout frequently. But like, i still feel butterflies??? I wish dating could be like my low maintenance friendships. We don't hang out all the time cuz of our schedules, don't spend hours conversing on text, but still care for each other. Am i looking for friends with benefits or something? What is my problem i don't know i dont have money for therapy. Or maybe i just don't have time for dating, which is true since im in an accelerated course. Will a gangster ever grow a heart?

that's how I feel tbh, like sometimes I long to be in a relationship, but then just the thought that I have to make time for them, be in communication with them, making the effort of being in a relationship just isn't for me, I'd prefer to spend my own time on myself. Especially when I'm working and get home tired, like nah no thanks I don't want to waste those few hours I have before it becomes the next day ╥﹏╥

Rightt!! like a few months ago a person I used to have a crush reached out after not talking for like 2-3 years, it was fine at first cause I just thought "well they probably just want to catch up and rebuild our friendship" mind you I was already over them by this point, but then they started getting flirty, wanting to call for hours, checking up on me and just doing this whole "I miss you and make more time for me", and since then I haven't talked to them because I did tell them that I'm not looking for anything right now, and they still kept on going after that, and well I just stopped responding ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
