You know, thats a thing i wonder about. i don't get why Ushimitsu could use his tomfoolery. If the reason was having the Sein Kami's phone, then why Yae and Nutmeg wouldn't? and it is pretty weird how they both got in the game of god's children as participants in the first place. I think the should have enter as outsiders... Well everything here goes on God's whims.

I think it's because in the heat of things, both Yae and Nutmeg couldn't find the time to use their tomfoolery. I mean Yae wouldn't have a use for jumping large distances in the game (except for escaping), and Nutmeg's ability might have been useless when Lily's group kept on instantly killing people left and right. Also, it takes a few seconds to change into Magical girl form, I think, and in that time she'd be killed already.
Either that or Mana was a spiteful bitch and negated Sein's tomfoolery for them two just for the lulz (￣∇￣")
And for the mixing, I think there were so little 'trash can' participants left that Mana decided to mix them in for the heck of it. Either that or she did it for the lulz again (you can never really tell with her)

What the hell are you blaming Jee-han for? He didn't bring her into that labyrinth, nor does he know a way to prevent her from suddenly re-appearing in it later. Her circumstances are not his fault; rather, he is giving her a way to survive.

Certainly her getting dragged to the Labyrinth is not his fault.
But, by exposing her to his abilities, it will alter her from normal human into someone that is affected by that world's system (by Gaia or something)
Thus exposing her to more danger like becoming Mana Source by those Black Market.
AND, he isn't giving her a way to survive, he is only giving temporal solution. Once she enter that world she will need to get stronger to protect herself, no way getting back to her normal life.

It does not matter anyway. One way or another she would die. And since there are a lot of weak people aside from her, i do not think its safer to not teach her anything and let her die the next time she gets sucked in.
