I've been super into danmei novels since mxtx's novels years ago. i have read 2ha, legendary master's wife etc. i like all of them and i like how advanced/complicated the storylines are. and now I am trying to expand my net lol so I am thinking about priest's novels maybe sha po lang? Any recommendation on where to start? also thinking about mu su li's but i would love more yaoi romance oriented than politics tho.
Samee I can't get over mxtx's novels. If it's novels I recommend
'Thousand Autumns'(Chinese historical bl tho. It's good and idk if it have manhua)
Maybe if you're done, You could read this novels too?All chinese historical bl too idk if you're my same taste as mine in genre:
Faraway Wanderers
Jun you ji fu
Beloved Husband
I’ve Led the Villain Astray, How Do I Fix It?
Every Day the Protagonist Wants to Capture Me
Fox Demon Cultivation Manual
The Villain Has Something to Say
A Smile from the Villain
Tianbao Fuyao Lu
Sha Po Lang
Liu Yao: The Revitalization of Fuyao Sect
The devil venerable also wants to know
Yu wu
The 'Word of honour' life action of Faraway wanderers is a masterpiece next to 'The untamed'(Grandmaster of demonic cultivation/mo dao zu shi)
And yes,Faraway wanderers have manhua here named 'Word of honor' too as the series live action but I don't think they will finish the manhua it got 2 chapters as I remember
I am half way in and I HATE that FL still has such a victim mentality. She’s only thinking about herself and what everyone thinks of her every 2 panels. Wheres the damn char dev?
The story isn’t done. The first few seasons is supposed to be frustrating and if you can’t see Maxi trusting Riftan as character development then idk. on another note, this season is the character development you are looking for from Maxi, she becomes more selfless even though I don’t think she was being that selfish when she made the decisions she made. And even if she was, I think it’s growth for her to choose herself because she had never been given the option to do anything in the Croix house. So to be fair just keep reading and don’t just brush it off if you aren’t going to read it.
I agree that Maxi can be really frustrating, but that's just how abuse victims are. They don't suddenly heal overnight. The author is writing a realistic story, not one of those stories where as soon as the character leaves their abuser they become a whole new person.
