Green hair is trash, father is trash and you know what? Sometimes it's better to show how it really is in reality, gay people that accepted who they are but were not accepted by their parents do not always reconcile with their parents you see, not always do they have happy endings and that's alright, some parents just do not deserve to be parents, some parents were never ready, they are unable to understand emotions of their own child in fear that they're the one going to be judged
It's true we all fear that other are looking at us, their opinion hurts and their ignorance angers us but in the end we live in our own bodies, this is only life we have, one and only and no matter if it's friend, lover or parent, there shouldn't be anyone controlling one's life, it's such a common sense but why people don't understand? Why are we as society so fuking dumb?
You can try to sell me that buIIshit about how conservative some parents are (especially Koreans) and how it's not their fault, try to make any excuses for father hitting his child for their sexuality such as 'they're old fashioned" you can do that and honestly... I would laugh into your face and then just ignored it...
because I assumed that someone with that type of parents is long gone, moment they were hit, that small little Bulb in their head lit up and they finally understood. "oh. It doesn't matter if I share some precious moments with this person, it doesn't matter if it's my own family, this person hit me for who I am, I never hurt anyone, I did everything they told me until now but moment I tried to be ME, to open to them, they hit me, they hurt me, and kicked me out into the cold so how can I forgive them? Because they're going to try to understand me?"
I have more to say damn but that would took whole 2 days, anyway
Everytime I see those parents getting forgiven so easily just because 'it's family after all' I get so angry
Yes I'm speaking from experience
