myreadingmanga, but that's more hentai(dont get me wrong, it DOES have "normal" yaoi, but there are a LOT of doujins and other degeneracy)
and yaoimangaonline, though its kinda the same as the above but smaller
there isn't really anything as big as mangago though especially considering that they have more than yaoi on this site
