if you mean mc is the princess, mc fell in love with ml after he came to the palace, he had mixed feelings of love and hate when he got his memories back, now he loves him. for ml, he got interested in mc when he was a child, then when they met for marriage the ml didn't love him yet at the time. he was just fond/interested in him, you can see how rough/mean the way he treated mc in the beginning. then he slowly falls in love too
