I still tear up whenever I remember Ash's final moments. Ash's love for Eiji is so strong that he chose to sacrifice his life so that Eiji will never be in danger again, not knowing that losing Ash dealt much more pain to Eiji as seen in Garden of Light epilogue (you should read it if you haven't already). Ash smiling in the end broke me to piece......   reply
