Even if the author wanted to make it in other languages it’s the publishing company’s choice. Just bc the series became popular on an illegal site that’s the only thing that the author is gaining popularity. Popularity doesn’t pay bills. They won’t make it into another language if their domestic sales are low. Why invest in something that isn’t paying out.
