Geonpil is a victim of his circumstances too ... he is a complex yet realistic character and the shit that he pulled on yeonseong doesn't goes unpunished...his punishment is that he lost everything he cared for and didn't even realize it until it was way too late to do anything...but also love the fact that Geonpil still doesn't magically change into a good person.... he is still with flaws , he still hurts people and pushes people away because of his insecurities and he is still running away from the house , the restaurant, their memories together and leaving it all behind because he is too scare to face all of his mistakes... yet that is what being a human means, ALL of us have run way from stuff we are scared to face... Not all people can confront their mistakes and face it... But I just hope Geonpil learnt his lesson and never end up hurting another person just to protect himself... at the end of the day none of us are totally good or bad...life is about making mistakes, facing the consequences , and learning our lessons...
