You just have to go in the list and there is the option edit and you can change the title (I'm bad at explaining things but I hope you understood) :)

As all above, 'edit' is orange button.
Be careful as it's next to 'delete' which's hard to read.

I really mean without

If you replied to a someone else's topic then you can't delete it.. But If you've created a topic and you want to delete it then go to your homepage and in 'My topics' click the top of the comment you want to delete the part sito the title , at this point you will enter in that comment, Below the comment will appear edit / delete...

Though you forgot adding the topic, the system'll automatically cut the beginning of your post to be title.
So you will always be able to click at title to edit/delete.
