There is no second tadpole, unless you're referring to the one that was just born in the last chapter. In chapter 16 we were shown Taddy leaving fully evolved, then when Robumi leveled up, Takashi summoned another monster again. He was wishing it to be like Taddy, and it turned out that what he actually summoned was Taddy who reverted back to it's unevolved form
Damn alot of complains from people on this work. While it was quite grim and the rule of this omegaverse was sad, i liked how the author put a sad twist to an already sad fate that omegaverse pairings face. It adds a delicious level of angst without the excessive glazing on how they have to rape/SA them bec of biology. If you are reading the comments to check whether you should read this, i think you should. Its definitely a refresher in the omegaverse universe
