77 to 100 have not yet been translated. Comic walker started translating the manga after chapter 100 ,that's why those chapters are available in English. Chibi-fansub ( http://chibi-fansub.tumblr.com/) is working on previous ones.
But up till chapter 96, the manga follows the novels (vols.5-8 Caloria arc), except that Saralegui is introduced earlier. After Chapter 96 the story changes when Yelshi shows up in Big Shimaron, then you can read chapter 100.
If you compare it to the anime, it would be the same as up until the end of the Big Shimaron tournament but with Sara in the mix, and then Yelshi shows up. After that you can read chapter 100.
